Install a crankcase heater: By keeping the oil temperature in the crankcase higher than the intake temperature, the risk of refrigerant migration can be reduced, but this does not completely prevent damage to the compressor caused by the returned liquid refrigerant.

Gas-liquid separator: The gas-liquid separator installed on the suction pipe temporarily stores excess liquid refrigerant and returns it to the compressor at a safe speed, which is especially important for large refrigeration systems.

Application of return pipe superheating devices: in cold environments, the use of electric heaters or other means to increase the return temperature to ensure sufficient superheat to help prevent liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor.

Optimize the system design: improve the design of the throttling element and the heat transfer area of the evaporator from the source to increase the overheat of the return gas and reduce the possibility of liquid shock.
